Pastor Jeff McCullough has been pastoring FBC since June 1996.  He attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO; and holds an Associates of Biblical Studies from Andersonville Baptist Seminary.  He was licensed to preach in May 5, 1985 by Faith Baptist Church in Andover, KS, while serving as Youth Pastor.  Pastor Jeff was ordained by First Baptist Church of Conway Springs, KS on June 4, 2000. 

Pastor Jeff and Debbie (Bliss) were united in marriage on June 29, 1979 in Clearwater, KS.  They have three children, Kristin, born on August 19, 1980, and she is married to Cody Rexwinkle.  They live in Coffeyville, KS where Cody is a Police Officer and Kristin is a stay-at-home mom.  They had their first child (Kodi Diane) on July 25, 2007; and they had their second child (Cali Sue) on October 18, 2008.  Amy was born on June 1, 1985 and lives in Conway Springs, KS, she has been a Medical Assistant for a medical clinic in Wichita, KS, and is returning to school to get her paramedic schooling; and also in her spare time she is a professional photographer.  Jake was born on September 3, 1987, Jake was united in marriage to Jo Chartier on April 28, 2007.  Jake & Jo had their first child (Tyrell Patrick) on April 10, 2008.  They live in Conway Springs, KS.  Jake is a Rodeo Team Roper and Jo is a Rodeo Barrel Racer, (so they get to travel alot), and Jo also is a stay at home mom and takes care of Ty and does all of the chores at the ranch, while Jake also works for the Kansas Department of Transportation.

Until a car accident, Debbie was employed with IMA of Kansas as a Marketing Assistant.  On May 14, 2004 Debbie was seriously injured in a car accident which left her permanently disabled and unable to continue her employment.  She continues to strive to improve, but she experiences set backs very easy; so, they try to make her slow down.  She does a GREAT job of keeping Pastor Jeff in line.

Pastor Jeff and Debbie are having a GREAT time pastoring and serving the congregation at First Baptist Church.  They feel tremendously blessed that God has chosen them to serve at FBC.  It has been a wonderful 13 years and they look forward to many more!

Our Deacon Board is appointed on a yearly basis.  They serve with Pastor Jeff in areas of spiritual guidance to the pastor, financial direction for the church, maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, and the care for our congregation. FBC truly appreciates the service and guidance these men bring to our Pastor and to our congregation.

The wives of our Board of Deacons make up our Board of Deaconess.  They serve in whatever capacity they are needed, whether it be spiritual counseling with ladies or dinners for a family in need.  FBC appreciates these ladies and their service to our church.

Tami Bond serves as the director of our Social Committee.  Tami, pictured here with her husband Kurt and her son Levi, calls upon the ladies of our congregation whenever a need arises, such as funeral dinners, families in need, and special parties.  She also takes care of our monthly Fellowship Dinner.

FBC appreciates all our ladies who do such a magnificent job whenever they are called upon.  A special thanks to Tami for leading this group of women who serve our congregation so well.

Deb Echelberry is our church treasurer.  She is responsible for deposits, bank statements, financial reports and transactions, and annual reports.

Deb, who is married to Mike, is a busy, stay-at-home mom.  Her four children keep her busy.  We appreciate her being able to take on this additional responsibility for our church.  She is very faithful to complete all the tasks we ask of her.

Sam Pohlman has served our church as church clerk for three years.  She is responsible for minutes at business meetings, records, and reports for FBC.  Sam is a dental hygienist for a dentist in Argonia & Caldwell.  She and her husband, Corey, have two children, Indigo and Quincy.

Here, Sam is pictured with her husband, Corey.  FBC appreciates Sam for her faithfulness in performing this important task for our church.

Deborah Martin has been the President of our ABW ladies group since we formed it several years ago.  She is responsible for meetings, contacting our sponsor student, coordinating service projects, and many more items.  Our ABW group meets on a monthly basis throughout the year. 

Deborah also serves the church as she videos the services each week.  FBC appreciates Deborah for all her faithful service to our church.
